Data preparation

Distilling the right data needed for research is not always easy, because multiple data sources often have to be used, and because data files are generally very complex. Risbo is highly experienced in processing data from a variety of sources, and can create suitable files for every type of research or analysis.

Depending on the source of the data, for example from a registration system or a questionnaire, but also from the research question and method of analysis, we define an appropriate selection, restructure files and where necessary, we create new variables. We also check the files making up the result extensively, and where possible we compare them against existing figures and reports.
