- We believe that good teaching involves much more than just helping a student earn a degree. Good teaching allows for connection and creativity, both in lesson design, learning activities and assessment.
- We focus on the individual teacher ' s own context, teaching challenges and materials. Each teacher is unique and each teaching moment stands alone.
- Successful learning is active and intensive. Active participation is central to all our trajectories.
- Learning from and with others is very important. We therefore encourage the sharing of experiences, and the exchange of ideas and perspectives.
