The quality of Emma's design was excellent, requiring minimal feedback and adjustments. She understood our indications precisely, and took initiative with her own vision, making the design process very fluid.
Denise Levy Abeliuk
Learning innovator Impact at the Core/EUR
Denise Levy (Impact at the Core) and Crystal Smit,(ESSB) developed e-modules around the theme of stakeholder involvement in education. Initilally, these modules were developed for a minor of ESSB. However, as many other teachers showed interest in the modules, Crystal and Denise decided to share them with the University. With that, they wanted the e-modules to look more professional, and improve the user-experience for students of different disciplines. That is why they asked Risbo to do the graphic design. Emma de Goeje, educational consultant at Risbo and part of the graphic design team, got to work.
Denise, how do you look back on working with Emma?
Emma was really responsive with the email communication and very flexible with the dates (which we changed many times). She kept monitoring the project, even when we weren't so responsive, which was very appreciated. In the email communication there were always clear question/requests and timeline proposals, which made the work really organized. Emma delivered within the proposed deadlines everytime, making her really reliable.
And how do you feel about the quality of the designs?
The quality of her design was excellent, requiring minimal feedback and adjustments. She understood our indications precisely, and took initiative with her own vision, making the design process very fluid and without unncesary back and forth exchanges. Her attitude was always friendly and collaborative.
How would you rate the end result?
A 10 in my very honest opinion.
Would you recommend the graphic desing service of Risbo to other clients?
Absolutely, we did a first version of these modules with another company and the quality was miles away.
