Risbo is proud to present the second edition of the Risbo SEQ Magazine! This magazine provides an insight into the projects and experiences of the participants in the Senior Examiner Qualification (SEQ) 2024–2025.

The SEQ focuses on strengthening the assessment literacy of professionals in education, thereby contributing to the quality of assessment in higher education. This year, 14 participants – from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Erasmus MC, the Universities of Amsterdam, and the Police Academy – worked on improvement projects within their own programmes.

In the magazine, you can read about topics that affect us all:

  • The impact of AI on assessment, for example on theses and take-home exams
  • Assessment as a tool for feedback and self-reflection
  • Inclusive assessment
  • Collaborating and assessing group work
  • The value of the SEQ for professionals in higher education

What do participants say about the SEQ trajectory? They highlight the power of exchanging perspectives, discussing dilemmas together and jointly searching for new ways to make assessment more meaningful and fair.

Are you involved in assessment and examination? Then download the magazine, because it is full of inspiring stories, insights and practical tools that may also be useful to you!
