Senior Examiner Qualification

Introduction

The Senior Examiner Qualifying (SEQ) track, offered by Risbo in collaboration with the Community for Learning and Innovation, offers (future) members of examination committees and/or program coordinators the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and skills regarding quality of assessment in higher education on the level of their faculty or program.

What will you achieve?

  • You will build expertise on the quality assurance and assurance of assessment at the level of your faculty and/or program.
  • You are able to make strategic choices to secure (or have secured) the quality of assessments, assessment programs and the intended final learning outcomes.
  • You will work on a relevant innovation or quality enhancement project within your school of faculty.
  • After succesful completion of the trajectory you will receive the Senior Examiner Qualification.

5 day-sessions are planned for this course. The sessions are set up to be interactive and are focussed on collaborative learning, vision development and application to participant's practice.

Registration

  • Registration for the interfaculty SEQ program 2026-2027 is open until June 1. Please use the forms below. External participants (from outside EUR) should use the ‘Registration form external’ document.
  • Customized in-company programs for groups from a faculty or institution are also possible.
  • If we receive too many registrations for a program, we will select the candidates for whom the SKE program is most relevant and appropriate based on the intake interviews.

The sessions for the 2026–2027 cohort will take place from 10:00–16:00 on the following dates:

Session 3: Tuesday, 1 December 2026
Session 4: Tuesday, 26 January 2027
