Workshop vision development

Having a clear vision on education is of paramount importance for an educational institution as it provides a guiding light and a sense of purpose. A well-defined vision sets the direction for the institution, outlining its goals and aspirations in the field of education. Risbo considers the educational vision of an educational institute paramount for all the services it provides: after all, there is no course or curriculum development or teacher training possible without an educational vision.

To help you formulate a new educational vision, or refine an exisiting one, Risbo organizes an interactive workshop. It is also possible to contact us for a consult on in this area, or that we set up an internal/incompany research (for example with surveys), leading up to a report on the current situation.

Contents & form 

During an interactive workshop we discuss the different key elements of your institutional/educational vision. We map the core values, help you formulate your educational vison and support you in converting this vision into a didactical approach. 

The workshop will last for one full day or two parts of about 3-4 hours. Group size is ideally between 4-6 people.
