The Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication is aiming to support and facilitate their teachers in working together on educational innovations and sharing good practices in teaching. Risbo will develop and execute a training in feedback skills for teachers. This interactive training will consist of a theoretical / academic part, and a practical part. The aim of the training is to ensure that the peer-to-peer feedback by teachers will be effective in achieving the desired behavioral changes necessary for improvements in teaching practices.

ESHCC wil haar docenten verder professionaliseren door een peer-to-peer feedback structuur op te richten. ESHCC heeft Risbo gevraagd dit proces te ondersteunen door middel van een interactieve feedback training. Het doel van de training is ervoor te zorgen dat de peer-to-peer feedback effectief is en resulteert in zichtbare verbeteringen in het onderwijs.
